MRA ski-energy centers’ main focus will be on fun riding and an overall great wilderness experience for everyone. Project areas are chosen based on the terrain, snowpack and accessibility.
All mountain playgrounds will include:
- Strategically placed lifts
- Free parking with quick access to lifts
- An updated, real-time website that provides information about lift operations and weather conditions
- Alternative off-the-slopes activities for those not interested in being on the hill and/or bad weather days
- A reliable eco-friendly shuttle bus system
- A clock at all lift stations
- The ability to purchase membership shares and have a voice in your own mountain playground
- Shareholder and member privileges
Operational decisions will be with the rider’s best interest in mind. All guests will be valued and respected. The ski season will be extended as long as possible, not closed early to cut operating costs. Backcountry access is allowed and riders will be expected to take personal responsibility for their actions outside boundaries. Bringing the snow enthusiast and communities together ensures enjoyment of the mountain playground and epic experiences had by all.
